We also find it necessary to pay attention to international documents such as The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and The Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action accepted in June, 1993 in Austria by the World Conference on human rights. The end of Cold War has called into existence a number of trial attempts to define new world order. Meanwhile the only obvious fact is that the world community has entered a grandiose global transformation process which at least till now has generated more social problems, rather than solutions.
